3. Gurp Canyon
Found in Tremp, Lleida, this challenging 4-hour route (March-November) features multiple slides, jumps, abseils and pools - don't miss the final section's stunning pools.

4. Berrós Canyon
Perfect for beginners in Llavorsí, this low-difficulty canyon has short abseils and fun slides (2-2.5 hours, best spring-autumn).

5. Sant Pere Canyon
This beginner-friendly canyon near Sort features water pools for jumping, natural slides and small abseils (3 hours, March-October).

6. Roi Canyon
In Vall Fosca, this route includes 3m jumps leading to a 4m abseil, two slides and final 9m abseils (2.5 hours, May-September).

7. Boter Canyon
Only for experts, this Oliana canyon features a 240m waterfall and 100m abseils (accessible year-round).

8. Boixols Canyon
In Boixols, this beginner-friendly route includes jumps, abseils and short climbs (3 hours, best spring-summer).

9. Fontanella Canyon
This less-travelled route in Organyà, Alt Urgell has two sections: consecutive abseils (upper) and narrow passages (lower). Advanced level (3 hours, year-round).

10. Fenollet Canyon
