The activity lasts approximately 3 to 4 hours and is perfect for both children and adults. The minimum age is 14 years old and there must be at least 4 people per group. It is also important to remember that since it is a water activity you must bring swimsuit and towel, a change of clothes, a lycra thermal shirt and mountain boots.
