Stand up paddleboarding is one of the most exciting water sports you can find along the Spanish coast. A practice with long tradition that has been gaining more and more enthusiasts.

The activity involves standing on a surfboard and using a paddle to control not just your movements but to catch the waves you're riding. You can also practice this sport in calm waters, though it's much more fun with waves, isn't it? If you're interested in learning, you can take a stand up paddleboarding course and - who knows? - you might turn out to be good at it and could even enter competitions in no time.

Why try stand up paddleboarding?

Because it's not only closely related to surfing, but it's also not very difficult to learn. It's an accessible sport for all types of people, whether they have experience with these sports or not, offers several disciplines to choose from, and is one of the most complete water sports you'll find.
