Previous experience is not necessary since at Vianova Aventura we have various levels of difficulty to adapt to all audiences. Our tours are located in the Valdeorras and Caurel areas. , depending on the level requested.

Along a journey, which will last approximately 2 or 3 hours, you will contemplate the magnificent species that live in the environment, you will overcome the obstacles that the river leaves behind your step, and you will jump over several waterfalls of varying difficulty coming from the highest peak in Galicia, the Candis River.

Our team of instructors will make sure to give you the necessary material so that you can enjoy the activity, as well as guarantee your well-being at all times. Don't hesitate to ask them any questions you may have.

If you have time left after doing the activity, we recommend that you pay a visit to one of the natural places around us, such as Medulas, Enciña da Lastra Natural Park or Enjoy the riches of the gastronomy of Orense, such as the Galician broth or the wines with the Valdeorras designation of origin.

Valdeorras has spectacular river basins and mountains of 2000 meters above sea level that help form a very pleasant Mediterranean microclimate at any time of the year.

Our goal is for you to enjoy nature with your body, doing physical activities and practicing outdoor sports.

One of these activities is kayak, a sport that we do on the Sil River. The effort lies in maintaining the force of the water with an oar while using it to descend between currents.

It can be done in different sections, whose characteristics vary especially with regard to the roughness of the waters. You can choose between:

• Whitewater section
• Fast section
• Landscape section
• White water section + rapids

The duration of the activity lasts between 2 and 3 hours. It is aimed at all audiences but it is recommended that users know how to swim.

At Vianova Aventura we are experts in getting you to reconnect with nature. For this we have beautiful landscapes that above all stand out for their contrasting orography. The large river basins and the mountains of almost 2000 meters of altitude create a Mediterranean microclimate that provides a mild climate at any time of year, ideal for practicing outdoor sports.

We have a large team of experts, most of them with degrees in Physical Education, who have extensive experience in the activities we carry out. One of these star activities is rafting. It is a sport that is booming because of the fun and group cohesion it provides.

We will provide you with a raft with capacity for 8 people in which you will have to face the bravery of the waters of the Sil River. One of the most innovative features of the rafts we use is their system of watertight compartments that guarantees greater safety.

The duration of this activity is 2 or 3 hours and can be practiced throughout the day of the year.

Knowing how to swim is recommended to safely enjoy the attraction.
