Totally disappointed from the tour and totally deceived, as I was promised something that was never, and the worst thing is that they were not able to pick me up at the hotel that was staying, a total disaster. The food we were given was inedible they did not take us to the cheapest place in Mexico with the worst food, in the package was Cenotes Pyramid and a native dance and there was never any dancing. I demand the return of the money because this was misleading advertising, the mishaps you have is not a consumer problem, I thought this was a good company but what was in fact was a hoax. You do not have directly the people in charge on the tour you subcontract and that should not be so, exmoating of responsibility, I demand prompt response to this message.
