Eoliskite teaches you all the secrets of kitesurfing in the magnificent setting of thePals beaches in L’Estartit, on the Costa Brava of Girona. In summer the gentle winds make for very comfortable and calm learning while in winter the stronger winds are more suitable for those with greater experience.

We have divided our kitesurfing training into the following courses:

At Eoliskite we have wanted to incorporate into our offer of nautical activities one of the surf sports that is currently most in demand, theSUP or paddle surf. But not to offer a simple rental or a boring class, we carry out guided tours through some of the most beautiful places on the Costa Brava.

To wit:

• Route 1, we will travel by boat to the Medes Islands and from there we will take a circular tour of the islets, without a doubt, one of the most amazing activities you can do in the coasts of Girona and one of its best preserved places in the entire Iberian Peninsula.
• Route 2, we travel by boat to Cala Pedrosa, where we will begin a route that takes us to Cala Ferriola passing first through Forada Rock.

Before starting the route, you can practice the technique and learn good practices of stand up paddle surfing from the instructor.

Although if you prefer to take a route on your own, we also offer board and paddle rental by the hour.

Windsurfing... that sport that you have always seen practiced by someone who has made you very envious but that you have never, due to lack of information, been encouraged to learn... until now! Eoliskite offers you the best training in one of the aquatic activities that, without a doubt, fill the peninsular coasts every year.

In this incomparable setting such as the Costa Brava, where we are lucky enough to establish our facilities, we are going to offer you up to 3 different courses so that, no matter what level you are at, you can handle yourself perfectly with the inflatable windsurfing equipment that we put at your disposal, so, thanks to this feature you will not be in any danger.

• Have a first contact with a perfect baptism to learn a little about everything so that you can make your first steps in the sport. In just one session you will acquire knowledge about safety, raising the sail in the water and how to maintain posture. Ask about our "Discovering Windsurf".

• You need 3 sessions to become an autonomous windsurfer. You will learn how to assemble and disassemble the equipment, in addition to learning advanced techniques such as turning the board and advancing in terms of navigation. "I wanna be a windsurf" is your course.

• When you are sure that windsurfing is the sport that motivates you the most, sign up for our 5-class course. With "From zero to hero" you will learn to control speed, navigate to any direction or achieve a quick turn. You will be a pro windsurfer.

In any of them you will feel comfortable and have fun, since the groups are no more than 4 people and you can even come alone. Each class will last between 1 and a half or 2 hours, depending on whether you are a single person or a group.

If you are one of those who are looking forward to having a free day to take a walk on the high seas, you are interested in continuing reading because at Eoliskite we propose one of the most beautiful excursions you can do to Montgrí Natural Park aboard our catamaran.

We will depart from La Pletera beach, giving you the choice between two different times, either in the morning or towards the end of the afternoon, in order to take advantage of the most beautiful shades of the sunset falling on the strong>Costa Brava.

You can go up to 4 people on board, as one of our instructors will be in charge of telling you about the wonders of the area while you enjoy safe navigation.

The duration is usually around hour and a half, although this can be altered by weather conditions, even if we do not see it safe to do the route, it will be canceled until the next day.

No prior preparation is required or you need to bring anything special, since everything you will need, including life jackets, will be provided by us. On the other hand, we do recommend swimwear and sun protection.
