We help you create your first ties with the world of kitesurfing with this discovery lesson that we will extend for 120 minutes. It takes place on Pals Beach, one of the beaches with the best conditions for the development of this sport in the L'Estartit area.
The setting for your learning is unbeatable since we are on the Costa Brava. If you look ahead you will reach the Medes Islands with your view. Now that we are situated, it is time to start the lesson:
- First of all we present the material that you are going to use: the most striking part is the kite or kite that, by means of fastenings, is connected to the board you are riding on.
- We will begin to work on how to hold and control the kite in the sand. It is the fundamental part of any course in this sport since it is its main base. In these 2 hours, keep in mind that the training will be done on the sand, focusing on the combination between kite and wind.
To move on to the water you will need to continue with longer courses.
