Come with us to enjoy a spectacular paddle surf route through the Medes Islands. This is a fantastic excursion to get to know our coasts, to relax and enjoy nature.
In the "Medes Islands" you will have the opportunity to contemplate a protected space, both on land and at sea. During the tour you will be able to observe different species of birds, such as the shag and marine vegetation such as the Posidonia Oceanica meadows.
Furthermore, species such as sea bream, sea bream and sea bass also live on its seabed. And, if we're lucky, you'll spot a dolphin in the spring months! On the surface you will be accompanied by the splendid panorama made up of cliffs and caves.
In this spectacular environment you will practice paddle surfing. Additionally, no prior experience is necessary. Everyone can practice this sport that is so relaxing and beneficial for the body.
The tour will last about 2 hours always guided by an instructor who will explain the route to you and who will ensure your safety at all times.
*A support boat will accompany us at all times. So, you can get on if you are tired or want to cool off a little.
