Hello there, we are Aquaplay Scotland, a watersports company based in the North-East of Scotland, offering the most exhilarating water experiences over 13 years. We have a wide range of options you can choose from such as Stand Up Paddleboarding, Gorge Walking, Kayaking, Canoeing and Coasteering. The company started as a small project but thanks to its authenticity and outstanding service we have grown to become one of the best places for watersport adventures.
We are highly proud of our services and our instructors. Each one of them has the required preparation and are qualified to teach and guide any session you want. They always make sure you feel unique and special in every session. They adjust the lessons to your needs and preferences. Customers are always our priority.

We provide canoeing activities for people of all levels of experience, from the age of 8 and up. Not only do we provide excellent instruction on basic technique and how to prevent and react to any situation, we do this with professional and experienced instructors in some of the most beautiful places in Scotland!

From introductory courses in flat water kayaking on the peaceful lochs to paddling some of Scotland´s, and Europe´s wilder rivers, we offer kayaking experiences for all levels guided by our fully qualified and professional instructors. Teaching you the techniques proper paddling techniques you need in the locations we love so that you will have an unforgettable experience throughout the year.

Summary Coasteering
Join Aquaplay Scotland Coasteering and explore the rugged coastline at the Bow Fiddle Rock at Portknockie or the rocky outcrops at Findochty on the Moray Firth for a real adrenaline rush!
Our qualified and experienced guides will lead you through an adrenaline filled day swimming, rock scrambling and jumping from the rocky coast into deep pools below. Using the ebb and flow of the tide we swim out to rocky islands and outcrops taking leaps of faith into the churning waters, scrambling through huge cracks in the rocks and working as a team assess our moves before plunging back into the water. We have a great local knowledge of the coast and so can easily tailor the day to you experience and desires while keeping it a fun and safe day for all!

Summary Mountain Biking
You will love the abundance of biking trails in the area all within a 90 minute drive from our base in Rothes. Aquaplay Scotland Mountain Biking will be happy to lead you or you can use us as a base for your own adventures.
Pitfichie, Monster Trails, Laggan, Kirkhill Wood, Learnie, Carbisdale are all within the 90 minute drive with the fantastic Golspie within 2 hours from us.
Our bunkhouse can sleep up to six people, we have biking washing facilities and a locked shed to keep your bike safe.

Stand Up Paddleboarding is our top-rated sport here at Aquaplay Scotland, you can have a SUP adventure either in Deeside or in Lossiemouth; both of these places are ideal for extreme adventures. Our team is highly trained and qualified for every paddleboarding session, they will tailor the session the most customised possible so you'll feel unique and special. You'll see.
We also offer multiple sessions for people of all ages and skills, we don't require you to have experience with stand up paddleboarding, you only need to come with your whole attitude. Equipment will be provided as well, we promise you will have the time of your life.
