• We will depart from our facilities in Arriondas at 9:30 a.m.

• Round trip transportation will be carried out in company vehicles.

• The minimum age to carry out the activity is between 12 and 13 years old.

• The activity lasts approximately 4 hours, because although the route of the ravine can be completed in approximately two hours, we have to allow 50 minutes one way and another 50 minutes to reach the ravine.

• The mountain guides that we have in our team will teach you the different techniques that you will have to face to carry out the activity: climbing, rappelling, descending, jumping... The only essential requirement is knowing how to swim.

• During the tour you will encounter fun obstacles, such as waterfalls, pools, jumps... with which you will have a great time.

• The material you have to bring from home is a swimsuit and shoes that can get wet. From the neoprene suit, the booties and the helmet, as well as the material for rappelling, etc. We take care of it.

• We give you the opportunity to do this activity with the little ones in the house, since we have a family ravine for children from 6 years old on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Monitors will also accompany you and lend you clothing adapted to your age so you don't have to worry.

• Thepractices are carried out on Ribadesella Beach, where the surf school is located.

• The Santa Marina Beach is the setting where the courses are taught. If the sea conditions require it, we will have an alternative to Playa de Vega, 5 km away from Ribadesella.

• The instructors in charge of teaching the courses are professionals qualified by the Spanish Surfing Federation. Our expert surfers will share their knowledge with you so that you can fully enjoy this sport.

• If what you are looking for are private classes or small groups, RíoSella Surf offers you courses of 2 hours a day for two or five days (maximum of 6 students per teacher). li>

• Children who want to start surfing must be at least 8 years old. They will also be able to receive courses adapted to their physical conditions.

• The courses provide board provided with paraffin, safety strap and set of three fins.

RíoSella Paintball invites you to enjoy an activity suitable for all those who want to discharge adrenaline without limits. The natural forests on the banks of the Sella River provide the ideal battlefield to disconnect from our daily lives.

• The activity lasts approximately 2 hours.

• Choose between our morning hours from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. or in the afternoon from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

• We provide you with all the necessary equipment for the game. You will have top quality markers that will allow you to refine your aim 100%, protective masks with communication system, goggles and protective chest protectors for the chest and the back.

• Camouflage yourself in the environment! On the banks of the Sella the forest is born that will offer you all kinds of natural trenches along with a notable amount of vegetation that will allow you to blend in without problems.

• There is a great variety of games that we will play during the game. Fun is guaranteed!

• The activityincludes 100 paintballs although as long as you use them up you can refill them without any problem.

• The minimum age to participate is 14 years old.

• The groups are usually closed so that you can organize the game with the people you want. You will have the forest exclusively for yourselves.

• It is advisable to wear appropriate footwear for the mountains with ankle protection, as well as gloves of your size.

RíoSella Espeleología immerses you in the caves that are hidden under the Picos de Europa and its branches, famous throughout the world for their formations and passes. Every year cavers come from all over to enter these spectacular caves and feel more closely the heart of this mountain massif.

• The visits will be monitored by one or more guides, depending on the number of members of the group. The instructions of the guides must be respected at all times.

• The duration of the activity is 2 to 3 hours, not counting travel from the base to the cave and vice versa.

• Aprotective cover and a helmet with a headlamp will be provided to light the way.

• It is advisable to wear comfortable shoes that can get wet, as some of the sections of the path may be muddy.

• The activity requires a minimum age of 12 years.

• Keep in mind that in many steps of the journey it will be necessary to crawl through cat flaps and descend narrow paths.

• If you wish, you can take photographs, as long as your camera has a built-in flash! Immortalize the spectacular formations that arise inside these caves: stalactites, columns, flags, hilictites, stone waterfalls or even cave pearls at the bottom of the ponds.

• The approach to the cave is done by RíoSella who, once the day is over, returns you to the facilities.

• Once at the Arrionda base you can shower and change in our changing rooms.

Do you want your children to have as much fun as ever surrounded by the best nature? RioSella has built its Adventure Parkon the banks of the Sella River, a true natural enclave that is now dressed in habitat for little adventurers. Within our facilities, you will find endless tests and obstacles with which you will have a great time. It reinforces values such as self-improvement and camaraderie, so necessary in daily life.

The route is permanently between 4 and 7 meters high, and has its starting point with a climb to our climbing wall. With this little introduction to climbing, your child will feel as if he or she has climbed the highest peak. The next challenge is a bridge crossing with logs, to which you will have to hold on tightly to avoid slipping. This test is the prelude to a great via ferrata that you will pass just before going through the flea jumps and monkey steps tests. Before reaching the 46-meter zip lines, you will have to cross the moving log.

All tests are specially designed for your age and anatomy, so none of them are difficult. Even so, they will be secured throughout the tour so that in the event of a fall they will remain secured. This activity is specially designed for children under five years old, where they will learn to develop their skills and psychomotor skills.For children between 5 and 10 years old, they will have a special area with a stabilizer bar and several zigzag bridges that they will have to overcome before reaching the final zip line. It is an unmissable activity that we assure you will be loved by the little ones in the house.

For the most adventurous we have a new test called ´The Yellow Fight´, where two rivals have to fight to knock down the other with a foam bar, the one who does it first will be the winner. This activity takes place at five meters high, so players will be secured with a harness and helmet at all times.
