At Las Casas de la Vega we propose descending the ravines in the Enguídanos area that the rivers have been opening thanks to erosion in the Cuenca mountain range. No two ravines are the same, they all have their particularities and we will choose them according to your level of experience and your preferences.

In addition, our instructors will be with the group at all times and will help you descend the ravines in the best possible way.

With us you will go through two types of ravine:

• Dry ravines: they are ravines full of jumps and of considerable height that do not require experience to navigate them. Yes, we will ask you for endurance and a willingness to complete the entire route in the best ravines in La Mancha.

• Aquatic ravines: the area of Enguidanos is an area full of rivers that have given rise to ravines full of pools, slides and small waterfalls. To jump over these obstacles we will use ropes and safety harnesses in a very fun and, above all, very refreshing activity

You don't have to worry about bringing special clothing since we will provide you with all the specific materials such as the harness and helmets. You should bring comfortable clothing and footwear for this type of activities, that is, footwear that has a decent sole for moving through the mountains.

Paintball requires more strategy than strength and to demonstrate it to you at Las Casas de la Vega we have prepared several games for you:

• The extermination: defeat all your rivals by marking them with balls soaked in paint.

• The Flag: Protect your flag while you try to take the opposing team's flag.

• The exploding suitcase: be careful where you move because at any moment an explosion will occur that will eliminate you ipso facto.

• Protect the hare: Don't let your enemies mark or take your hare, cover it and manage to keep it intact throughout the fight.

• Conquest of the enemy camp: defeat the rivals and advance towards their territory, taking it over.
