- BTT. There are many options to enjoy the Island on pedals. From walks near the coast, marathons, charming routes, routes for beginners or experts and endless options.

Summary Hiking
La Palma Outdoor brings you four hiking routes in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, you won't be able to resist.
- Bejenado. They will take you to one of the must-see sites on La Palma, the highest peak. You will pass through several archaeological sites and the Tamarahoya fountain before arriving at Bejenado, where you will have a cultural visit and regain your strength. All this in eighteen kilometers.
- Birigoyo. Twenty kilometers in which you will climb to the Llano del Jable, to the flows of the Tacande volcano. You will ascend to Birigoro peak, one of the areas with the best views, from there you will appreciate the route of the volcanoes. When descending you will pass through the hidden cone until you continue along the new summit and then go down to the Pino de la Virgen hermitage, declared of cultural interest. You will continue through the natural area of the caves until you return to the starting point.
- Cumbrecita. This route is of medium difficulty, it begins in the area of the Caves and you will pass through the place where the conquest of La Palma ended with a deception, the guide will be in charge of telling you the whole story... The little summit is a viewpoint that you will love, after You will see the crater of La Caldera Taburiente. During the tour you will pass through passages, galleries and fountains that the aborigines used to climb to the top of the cliffs, and thus not let the Island be conquered.
- The Stains. There are eighteen kilometers in which you will climb the Tacande volcano, or also called Montaña Quemada, passing through the Hoyo de La Cima, the Coladas de San Juan, crop areas and the Las Manchas neighborhood, known for the Virgin of Fátima, the hermitage jet, the wine museum and the Las Palomas cave... - Volcanic cave IV. In the town of Mazo there is a set of caves with biological and geological remains of great interest.
- Volcanic Caves I. This cavity is up to three hundred meters long, is located in El Paso and has a medium-low difficulty. There are unusual formations and enormous concentrations of minerals. The rooms have different sizes, there are also narrow cat flaps and fun hallways.
- Volcanic Caves II. Another cave in El Paso that is practically in the urban center and with a length of one hundred and fifty meters. It stands out for its unique geological formations. It is perfect to visit with the family since it is suitable for everyone.
- Volcanic Caves III. One of the few caves from which you can enjoy the sea and the sunsets, from the mouth of this cavity you will have amazing views. It has many branches and galleries, a natural labyrinth in which you will want to get lost.
- Las Palomas Cave. The flows from the San Juan volcano eventually formed a volcanic tube more than five hundred meters long and in some areas up to six meters high. There are many geological formations so it has great scientific interest, at the same time the species that have adapted to underground life stand out.

- Barlobike. This route has two options, one long and one short, both along the forest tracks and trails of Barlovento. The longest is forty-five kilometers, the other is thirty-two kilometers.
- Bike Marathon. The most famous MTB race on the Island that goes through the most extreme trails with two modalities, the rally of about thirty kilometers and the marathon of fifty-eight kilometers.
- With rural charm. In the northwest region there are many agricultural buildings, wineries and mills... Heritage, culture and gastronomy on the same route.
- From the sky to the sea. You will be able to see the highest peak in all of La Palma, and your destination will be the coast of Puntullana. Forest trails and tracks and fun descents. A journey of twenty-seven kilometers.
- Discovering the East. From the Cumbre Nueva tunnel and up to Mazo, passing through the greenest paths in La Palma. Cycling very close to the coast and with views of Roque Niquiomo, it is a comfortable route along forest tracks for most of the route.
