At Esparta Ocio & Aventura we have a fleet of all-terrain vehicles with which to enter the mountains of Madrid to learn how to drive them or simply for recreational purposes.

- The contracted navigation will last approximately 60 minutes in which you will be able to move through the areas delimited for this purpose by the Valmayor Reservoir using the information that we have previously provided you. for it.

- We use boats with great stability and unsinkability. Even so, you will wear a life jacket to avoid any danger if during the journey you fall into the waters of the reservoir.

- Canoeing does not have any type of environmental impact on the environment, which is why it becomes the ideal means to glide among the typical Madrid fauna, especially among the birds that live in the area.

At Esparta Leisure & Adventure we put on snowshoes to venture into the landscapes that the snow leaves us during the winter in the Madrid mountains.

Thanks to these devices we can travel an itinerary at a calm pace without sinking into the white blanket, allowing those who like skiing, or the rest of the disciplines practiced in the cold season, to enjoy this element. It represents an insurmountable challenge.

To put on the rackets we will not need special footwear, since they easily adapt to boots or sports shoes. We will also equip ourselves with some walking sticks that will be very useful when moving forward by serving as support.

We will go out on a guided expedition, placed in a row one by one so as not to get in the way of participants. There are few aspects to take into account before the route. At Esparta Ocio & Aventura we have prepared an expedition to the cavities that we found in the underground of the province of Segovia, very close to Madrid.

The cave in which the excursion takes place does not present great difficulties but is equally advisable to obtain the sensations produced by this type of underground places. If you are at least 4 people, up to a maximum group of 6 participants, you can choose a date for an activity in which:

- We will have a quarter of an hour walking approach from the point where we left our vehicles to the entrance of the cave.

- The total route, inside the cavity, exceeds half a kilometer of galleries for which we will need around 2 hours.

- Each adventurer will carry a overall over their clothes, a light in their helmet, a towel and items to clean themselves with upon departure, all provided by the company. It is important to go with comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear.

The complete route of this adventure park is made up ofsmaller circuits designed for the different abilities of the participants depending on their age and height. Some of its key aspects:

- Before starting, we test the basic elements on a layout created specifically for a first contact. Our reaction to these games will determine which level to choose among those available in the park after having tested ourselves.

- At all times we will wear a harness that will hold us to the cables that run through all the activities. In this way, we save the height that separates us from the ground in the event of a fall.

To get on a jet ski we travel to the Segovian reservoir of Los Ángeles de San Rafael, where we will arrive after less than an hour by car from Madrid.
