We suggest different caves to do this activity, although we recommend those located between Segovia and La Granja, in the Rio Frio area and last about 3 hours. We can also visit other caves in the provinces of Guadalajara, Avila or Segovia.

If you have never practiced caving, you don't have to worry, because our professional guide will give you a theoretical talk prior to the activity, so that all you have to do is let yourself go and enjoy the experience. br />
Thanks to this sport you will be able to travel to the world of our ancestors and learn how they lived life inside the caves. One of the most peculiar characteristics of practicing this sport is that you will lose notions of time and space, which will give a more exciting touch to the activity.

You will have all the necessary material: jumpsuit, helmet, flashlight, guide... Don't hesitate and enjoy your weekend in a totally different way.

Minimum requirements:

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that can get dirty
Carry a small backpack for personal belongings
