What better way to take advantage of the snow season and the incredible landscapes it leaves in its wake than with a snowshoe route. With Cuerda Viva Aventura you have it easier than ever because, without leaving the downtown area, we will take you to explore the best environments together with our mountain technicians.

Our professionals will ensure that in addition to ensuring that you enjoy an unforgettable day, the route runs smoothly. Before starting, regardless of whether or not you have experience in this activity, we will give you some guidelines and provide you with all the material.

We usually focus on two different routes, very close to Madrid, designed for groups of between 4 and 12 people:

• Route through Navacerrada of easy level, designed for all audiences over 8 years old. We will pass through the Seven Peaks crossing their most virgin areas and other gentler ones such as the Smith path or the pine forests of Valsaín.

• The other option is thePeñalara Circus, slightly more difficult but just as incredible. We will tour the frozen lagoons of this area of the Madrid mountains, allowing ourselves to be surprised by the beauty of the snow-capped mountains.

Both journeys are made from December to April, as long as there is enough snow to spend a great day traveling the most beautiful snowy paths.

This is what we want at Cuerda Viva Aventura through our via ferrata days, for you to enjoy a day without limits.

Our mountain technicians will take you on a tour of some of the best ferratas we have in the central peninsular area, very close to our Madrid headquarters, located in Navacerrada.

Among the options we propose are the following:

• Via ferrata Boca del Infierno, in Sacedón. Located in the province of Guadalajara, it is perfect for those who want to start in this practice because its K3 level is suitable even for children from 8 years old. For about 2-3 hours we will be touring this fun ferrata full of monkey bridges, other suspension bridges and even a zip line of almost 40 meters.

• Ferrata del Ventano del Diablo, in Villalba de la Sierra. Located in Cuenca, this has a little more difficulty, around a K4, although if you do not have experience we can adapt it to a K3 level, so you can also come in family to tour it. It contains handrails, a zip line and if you want to continue with the excitement and move on to the next section, you will find Tibetan bridges and another monkey bridge.
