Established in 1998, Beyond Adventure Canoeing offers a wide variety of options to enjoy the beautiful Perthshire scenery. We are leaders in canoe expeditions in Scotland. At Beyond Adventure Canoeing, you can ride solo or in a doubles canoe. If you’re coming with your family, you can also ride together on the same canoe. No previous experience is required. Our expert guides will teach you how to paddle safely. Canoeing is a great sport for groups of mixed ages and abilities. It is a fantastic way to travel, and enjoy the scenic views of the area.

You can either use our canoes on calm waters or white waters. We offer different options depending on your choice. If you are looking for an adrenaline-filled experience, try white water canoeing in River Lyon or River Tay. If you want a relaxing day by the water, try canoeing at a flat-water lake such as Loch Faskally or Loch Tay.

No previous experience is required to join one of our guided hikes through the highlands at Perthshire Beyond Adventure Hiking. Bring your group of friends or your family along for a once-in-a-lifetime experience and crown a few summits.

You will be meeting your guide at our riverside base by River Tay. Bring suitable outdoor clothing and shoes as well as a water bottle and a rucksack to carry your personal belongings and some snacks. We will provide you with navigational and emergency equipment.
