Half Day SUP for Adults (17yrs+) on the River Tay

Have you heard of paddleboarding before? It's a fun and relaxing activity that allows you to enjoy some time on the water surrounded by nature. It never disappoints!

It doesn't matter if stand-up paddleboarding (usually called SUP) is new to you. We work hand in hand with a professional team of instructors, delivering bespoke and friendly tuition. We usually run our paddling sessions on the River Tay, but we can go to another place within the area like the River Lyon or Loch Faskally. We guarantee you a fun time regardless of your choice.

You'll be under the guidance of a professional instructor who will open your paddleboarding session with an introductory lesson. We will provide everything you need to explore the area. All you need to bring is warm clothing, footwear you don't mind getting wet and medication if needed. We will practise paddling skills, and once you feel confident, we will take you to the river. Please allow half of your day to enjoy without the session fully.

This is a paddleboarding session for adults, so the minimum age to participate is 16 years old. We run our paddleboarding sessions for small groups of 2-8 people, so feel free to invite your family or friends!
