You will be able to descend through the ravines of the Comarca de la Vera y las Gargantas that extend through the Tiétar Valley. Canyoning is a sport in which we will use techniques from several disciplines, which is why you will love it! On some occasions we will have to jump to reach the riverbed, while on others it will be a rope that will help us advance by rapelling and on many others we will limit ourselves to sliding with the current on a hilarious water slide.
For canoeing what we will do is accompany the course of the Tiétar River along distances, to be chosen by you, which are between 4 and 8 kilometers. Our itinerary can be ascending or descending. You can choose between two-seater or individual kayaks to go with family or friends during this aquatic adventure.
Are you one of those who prefers dry land? Well, grab the marker that we will prepare for each of us and we will play paintball in a game that is as exciting as it is physically demanding (if you feel like it, of course, you can also take it easy). We are not going to leave an enemy standing. Are you ready to test your aim and your strategy?
And if you prefer the roar of the engines, we will get on the quads, one of the vehicles with which we can enter the most winding and hidden trails. Off road trails and power is what is waiting for you if you choose this route.

Summary Canyoning
Using caving techniques and climbing maneuvers, we will have to overcome different natural obstacles. We will descend waterfalls, swim in natural pools and slide down elusive slides.
To improve the user experience, we carry out the routes in small groups, thus achieving more personalized attention from our instructors.
The activity includes all the necessary material: neoprene suit, harness, ropes, backpacks, waterproof boat (to store personal items), monitor, photos of the activity and accident and RC insurance.
Summary Kayaking
At Aventuvera we have a wide catalog of adventure activities. Without a doubt, one of the most requested is our kayak descent down the Tietar River, an activity that will allow you to enjoy a fun day in the middle of nature at the foot of the Sierra de Gredos strong>.
We will descend along the riverbed, specifically along the eastern section. We will go through quiet areas, but also through exciting rapids that will give the excursion that touch of adrenaline that we like so much. Throughout the route, you will be able to observe the abundant vegetation that surrounds the banks of the river and all the fauna that lives in it and its surroundings.
We havesingle and double kayaks (the double kayak is also suitable for transporting two adults and a child), and we provide all the necessary material to carry out the activity.
This is aguided activity, highly recommended for groups of friends or family, it is always carried out in small groups, thus guaranteeing a closer and more personal treatment. Our team of professional instructors will be happy to teach you how to use the boats and guide you during the route.

Summary Canoeing
This is a proposal suitable for all ages and physical form for which we present two options:
- Section of 4.5 kilometers ideal for the initiation of an estimated duration of 2 hours.
- The most adventurous can complete a 8 kilometer journey in which we spend around 3 hours.
In both cases you can choose between taking the excursion in a double or individual canoe. We also provide you with oars, a life jacket and a waterproof boat. We take care of the transportation to the departure point and we have civil liability and accident insurance. You will be accompanied by a monitor. You won't miss a single detail because we ourselves will take photos of the adventure.
You will find us in Losar de Vera, with easy access by road from Madrid.
Summary Paintball
You can come with your friends, business colleagues, family... to celebrate birthdays, bachelor parties, anniversaries... or just because, because you feel like it... You will enjoy it like you have never done before and you will not think of anything else activity to enjoy your free time. You will want to repeat as soon as you finish!
The paintball field is located outdoors, where you can enjoy the experience to the fullest. We will distribute the material you need to be able to carry out the activity and you will only have to bring comfortable clothing that allows you total freedom of movement, as well as sports shoes.
We are located in Losar de la Vera (Cáceres), two hours from Madrid, in the Sierra de Gredos, your best option.
