The rafting experience I consider very good, the attention of the guide Joel was good. The only thing I do not agree on is the quality of service in question of the lodging, the cabins with dirty, old and shabby mattresses. Cabins very run down, the zip line says it runs very x. The food, the pool and the attention of the people are very good and they are very attentive, but you need to take care of that aspect of the lodging.Company's response:
