Tips if you are going to do Kayaking in Mexico

Kayaking is the water activity in which you go inside a small, long watercraft with a capacity for up to four people, even, normally, are used by one or two people, with it, you can navigate on your own with a paddle, get relaxed in calm waters, reach places that boats cannot, giving you the opportunity to admire the best and most beautiful sights and places. 1. An activity easy to carry out.



Kayaking is really easy to practice since is just a thing of keep paddling at your rhythm, fast or slow pace… whatever you decide to do it. Normally, the instructions are said by the instructors before carrying out the activity, a method that makes easier its development, in other words, even kids older than 6 and seniors of 65+ years can come and enjoy this activity.

2. A stress stimulant.



Is scientifically proven that the water can relax people, with this sport and a calm route, admire the sights whilst sunbathing, creates a mental relaxation, liberates tensions and clear the minds. In a lot of occasions is very recommendable to take this practice as therapy, to release stress and improve your spirit and self-esteem.

3. You can go kayaking with your family or friends.



This activity can be enjoyed in groups with several, meaning you can navigate and enjoy the tour with your best friends or family members, in addition of sharing the watercraft if you want to with a companion, creating an ambiance full of confidence and challenges between the groups during the route. Gather your friends and enjoy nature!

4. Exercise your body at the same time of having fun.



This sport requires great physical force, specifically from the arms because of the rowing movements, which makes your arm and abdominal muscles stronger by the effort of the impulse, even developing a good technique you get to drive up your legs and back. It is also good for the heart, due to the constant movement generating cardiovascular exercise and the aspiration of healthy oxygen.

5. You will find different ways to practice it.



Currently, in Mexico, you can already practice it on different beaches, rivers, lakes, etc. Allowing you to reach places where boats or other boats cannot do it, this allows you to know more about the site and generates a more complete contact with nature. There are levels of practice if you want to go at a slow pace or a little more advanced. This you can tell your guide and he will know in which group he includes you or at what pace he should go in case of being a private activity.
