Tips if you are going to do Abseiling in Mexico

Rappeling ins an activity where you will experiment a lot of sensations, this is about descending a rocky wall with the help from ropes and fastener. Is an activity that puts in direct contact with nature, giving you the opportunity of capturing uncommon pictures. Know more about this extreme sport…

1. Challenge yourself, put your abilities into a test.



With rappeling, the coordination of your legs and hands will be fundamental since with your arms, you will be releasing the rope to descend and with the legs, you will maintain the pace to go down slowly. Concentration and control of emotions can play a great role against you, which the thing of controlling yourself will be obligatory. Can you do it?

2. It is not a risky sport.



Even though a lot of people think it is, and from the moment we hear the word “risk”, whether you are hanging from a rope or not, it seems scary. Well, do not worry because the instructors and professional guides will control everything, from above and below, allowing you all the liberty in this exercise but always checking if you are all right. And if you like, some of them are capable of carrying out a double descend, is to say, to abseil with the help of an instructor if you feel safer this way.

3. Meet new sights and places.



Since is an activity that takes place in locations far from the city, in mountains and ravines, the natural sights that you will discover are incredible, believe us. In a lot of occasions, the mode of rappel is used to complement a canyoning activity, which makes the action in the middle of rivers more extreme.

4. Companionship in the adventure.

5. Do sports differently.



Due to the physical force that rappeling requires, the whole functioning comes from the body, meaning you will toning each muscle without noticing it.

The arms will be in constant force due to the movement when holding the rope when descending, at the same time, your legs will create resistance to maintain the balance. You will also put your abs to work when maintaining the force and pressure during the free fall. So, there is no better way of exercising your body.
