Locations:

♦Cacabillos Ravine (Caldas de Luna). It will last approximately 5 hours in which you will travel through a short but intense quartzite rock ravine, thanks to its jumps, slides and jumps. Ideal ravine for summer.

♦ Pincuejo Ravine (Caldas de Luna). An approximate duration of 5 hours where you will travel through a limestone rock ravine with large walls. You must practice 8 rappels on the route. Medium level on the high side.

♦ Los Puentes de Malpaso Ravine (Molinaseca). The approximate duration will be 2 hours. It is a quartzite rock ravine, located very close to Ponferrada, just 10 minutes away, and which has two rappels and a vast forest territory.

♦ Valdorria Ravine (Nocedo Waterfall). Approximate duration 3 hours. Quartzite rock, long-distance ravine, with a wide variety of slide areas, two rappels and forest steppes. One of the best landscapes of the journey will be the amazing Nocedo waterfall.

♦ Ravines in the Sierra del Courel. Located in the heart of the Sierra del Courel (Orense).Long-distance crossing for 6 hours. It is an aerial ravine in its entirety and with a multitude of rappels.

- Río Sil short section. The route will start from Requejo and end in Carril. This tour will take 2 and a half hours. The intensity will be high although short in duration. Recommended for school trips, farewells, families and camps.

- Sil River long section. Originating in Requejo and up to Cobas de Sil. It will have a short section and will include the Sil canyons. It will have a duration of 4 hours.

- Bárcena Reservoir. Reservoir with calm waters. Ideal for calm walks delighting in the views. Approximate duration of 2 hours.

- Carucedo Lake. It will be surrounded by a lake of calm waters in the area of the marrows, considered a World Heritage Site. The duration will take approximately 2 and a half hours.

There is a basic level that starts at 14 years old, for which no prior knowledge is necessary. The group will be a minimum of 7 people, which will fill a raft.

El Bierzo region

• Cornatel: cave located 5 minutes by car from Las Médulas, ideal for getting started in the world of caving. It is at a distance of 18 kilometers from Ponferrada. It has several rappels, a small lake and all kinds of formations inside. The activity can be expanded with a previous initiation course in rappelling. The duration will be half a day, with departures throughout the year.
