At Aqua Terra Club we want to show you the best landscapes in our area and for this we have prepared different activities such as our fantastic kayak rides.
This sport is very simple and both adults and children can do it as long as they know how to swim. To adapt to the needs of each one we have prepared different options:

• Excursion through the Sau reservoir: we give you two options: for 1 hour and 30 minutes we will take you touring this impressive reservoir where you can admire fauna that does not live in other places. We will also sail to one of the most picturesque places in the area: the Sau Bell Tower where you will enjoy beautiful views.
  If you prefer to embark on a longer adventure, you can choose the 2 hours and 30 mins itinerary in the Sau reservoir itself. We will take you further and you will visit more remote corners that will surprise you.

• Descent from the Sau reservoir: if you want to feel the speed of the river while enjoying a spectacular landscape, this is the perfect option for you. You will pass through such emblematic places as the monastery Sant Pere de Casserres and you will cross the las Pozas stream between incredible rapids. We will also take you to the Sau bell tower to finish the descent after having navigated for 6 or 7 hours. This activity includes a picnic at lunch time in which we will give you to try something typical of the area.

• Excursion along the Costa Brava: if you want to ride the waves and enjoy the ferocity of the sea aboard the kayak, we will take you to Lloret de Mar to explore the best area of the coast. On this tour you will visit places full of beauty such as Cala de los Frailes or Trons. The 3-hour route ends in the fantastic Cala Morisca, an undoubtedly beautiful place that you will enjoy with all your senses.

In addition to the excursions, walks and descents we have also prepared courses for those who want to train and learn everything about kayak navigation. They are courses designed for those who want to get started and who have little knowledge of this very special sport.

Depending on the time of year we also organize other more special activities such as tours after sunset when there is a full moon. If you want more information, do not hesitate to contact us so we can answer all your questions.

Hiking is one of the best ways to explore the mountains and let yourself be surrounded by nature. At Aqua Terra Club we have prepared excursions for you to enjoy spectacular areas.

The Valle de Sau area is full of paths and trails adapted to walk on them without any difficulty. You can come with your family since they are simple routes that are easy to endure.

We will also go to places as impressive as Collscabra and les Guilleries on a morning excursion of approximately 4 hours that will discover the most secret corners of this zone. The groups for the excursions that we have prepared are not too numerous, we want to give you personalized attention and therefore they will vary between 3 and 12 people.

In addition to these two routes, we propose a fun activity in which you will practice the "Nordic walking" technique. This type of hiking consists of using poles similar to those used in skiing or trekking to attach yourself to the mountain in the best way.

Come discover the Segway with the routes we have prepared for you. From our facilities in Villanova de Sau we will take you to places that will surprise you with their beauty.

• Route through the Sau Valley: we give you two options for this itinerary, a shorter one of only 1 hour and 30 minutes in which we will take you to the Sau Reservoir and a brief tour of the Sau Valley. If you want something longer, you can choose a route of 2 hours and 30 minutes exploring the fantastic Sau Valley in a very fun way.

• Route through Collscabra: this route is one of the most impressive. We will leave Devesa and head towards the town of Rupit. Once there we will move to theSau reservoir where we will end our tour. This route lasts 4 hours and we will offer you the possibility of having a country breakfast so that you can soak up the local cuisine.

• Route through Sotacingles: if you want to be amazed by the farmhouses and forests in the area, we will take you through Sotacingles on an excursion full of charm. To get to Sotacingles we will move in a 4x4 and we will give you a small class on how to handle the segway.

In addition to these routes we also carry out other more special ones in which we will visit specific places. So we will go to the Domus del Pi to enjoy the archaeological excavations of the place or to the city of Vic where we will enjoy its monuments and all the history that its streets hide. .

Archery is one of the most addictive sports because, once you try it, you won't want to stop showing your aim. At Aqua Terra Club we have prepared a shooting range with targets at different distances so that you can practice in the best conditions.

The activity we carry out in our field includes an introductory archery class so you should not worry if you have never shot an arrow. We will also leave you with all the necessary materials and you will only have to bring comfortable clothes from home to be able to move well and a lot of concentration to hit the arrow in the center of the target.

You can come with your group of friends as long as you are 2 to 12 people and for 1 hour we will prepare everything so that you can have a fun time.

If you cannot come to our field in Villanova de Sau, we will give you the opportunity to go wherever you ask us. This option is perfect for team building days in companies or to complete high school sports activities.
