At Roc Roi Barcelona we want you to learn how to handle a kayak in any type of water. We would like to infect you with our passion for this sport and for you to be able to do it with people who have the same interests as you in terms of aquatic adventure sports.

We propose different ways to practice kayaking with us:

• Kayak Expedition: If you do not have experience in this sport, you can learn with us on a 5km route that we have prepared on the Playa Larga of Villanova i la Gertrú. For those who have more skill and have done this activity at some time, we will organize tours of the coves of Sitges and the cliffs of Garraf. If you are an expert you can also come with us on an excursion to Punta la Mora, an incredible place full of underground caves and aquatic galleries that will surprise you.

• Open-Kayak: We propose different sections so you can do this activity with your friends or family. With the most inexperienced, we will tour the Pasifae and Els Colls, sections that will leave you speechless due to their spectacular landscape. You can also combine this type of Kayak with an introduction to Snorkeling at Playa del Faro.

• Kayak Courses: for those who want to discover Kayaking in a very fun way, we have prepared courses for all levels on the beaches of Villanova i la Gertrú. Those who have an intermediate level or a more advanced level will be able to take courses throughout the year. We will adapt to the needs of each group and propose different activities to perfect the techniques already acquired previously.

If you do not have experience, you can take courses with us from February until the end of autumn since at this time the weather is more appropriate so that you can learn without setbacks
In any mode you will crew a self-bailing canoe that will make your experience completely safe. We will also provide you with a life jacket and you should only bring swimwear and shoes that can get wet.

As an essential requirement to do any of our Kayak expeditions or courses, it is necessary to know how to swim fluently since the canoe may capsize.
