During this day of surfing, you will learn all the basics of this water board sport, from the position of your feet to that of your body. You will be supervised by an experienced and state-certified instructor, who will be there to help you discover his passion. You will learn to surf in an idyllic setting, all in agood atmosphere andconviviality.
You will discover thisfeeling of freedomandgliding in the open oceanthat surfing can transmit to you. Arefreshingand exciting activity that you can share with your friends or family.
The session lasts 1 hour 30 minutes with a maximum of 8 people per group. You will be equipped with aboard adapted to your level and a full wetsuit.
