2 surf lessons for twice the fun! If you are interested in asurf lessonit is to have a fun and sporty experience and to meet people. This course for beginners and advanced includes 1 to 8 people which allows you to come with your friends, family to have an absolutely sensational time.

We invite you to present the progress of oursurf lesson.

First, you will be transported by van to take you to a paradise place with waves adapted to your level.
Once you arrive there, we will let you equip yourself and bring your board. Lesson instructions will be given as well as safety instructions. Yourinstructorwill then explain to you how to use your surfboardand the appropriate positions (for beginners).

Before any physical effort, it is important to warm up to prepare your body, this is important to avoid injuries.
Now that you are warmed up, a little theory to know the fundamentals of surfing, how to surf the wave. For the more experienced, we will see the techniques for getting into a roll and maybe even some figures to impress your friends. Certainly, your instructor will give you demonstrations and ensure that your session goes smoothly. He is also there to correct your mistakes, but above all to offer you fun activities to take some pleasure. It's a sport of passion and know that it is very important for us that this activity is enriching and cultural.

Good to know:

• Classes available for 8 people, beginners or experienced
• Bring your swimsuit or wetsuit
• Knowing how to swim is mandatory
• In summer, it is important to protect yourself from the sun, sunscreen if necessary
• You can bring a bottle of water
• The course is supervised by a state-certified instructor

Whether you are a beginner or experienced, our 3 group surf lessons are designed to offer you a unique experience . Our trained and qualified instructors will accompany you throughout the activity for your progress and your greatest pleasure.

How do we work?

We leave by van to reach the surf spot which is best suited to your level.
Then, we will ask you to equip yourself and choose yoursurfboard, the instructors can advise you if you wish.

Once equipped, we will warm up and see the basics of surfing. This involves positioning on the board, you will need to lie down on your board with your torso forward and your feet back. You are well positioned, so you will have to paddle using your arms, alternating on each side. Keep your hands flat and paddle with smooth, regular movements.

Consequently, you will have to get up when you feel the wave coming behind you. Position yourself on the board by bending your knees and bringing your feet under your body. Now you can slide on the wave.
This part is obviously aimed at beginners.

For the experienced, we will go further by perfecting these movements but also by offering more technical and sometimes even more acrobatic alternatives.
Your instructor will be there to correct your mistakes and give you demonstrations of the techniques to perform.

Once the session is over, we want to know your feelings and know your objectives for the next session.
In 3 lessons, our goal is to make you have an extraordinary time by allowing you to enjoy incredible natural locations.

The second and third session will help you improve and surf while having more fun and, above all, being more comfortable. The goal being to learn something more in each lesson and to discover new techniques, your instructor will advise you individually on the details to improve in the following session.
