For this private lesson, your instructor will take you to sites adapted to your level at the exit of the Arcachon Basin, between the beaches of La Salie and Biscarrosse. Your teacher will choose the location based on the weather and tide, but all are ideal for surfing. These places are inthe Landes, near the Atlantic Ocean.
This private lesson can be done as a family, as a couple, or in a small group... Everything is possible and the lessons are suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced, from the age of 12.
The instructor will be happy to accompany you and will be nearby to advise and correct you. You will start with a briefing, followed by a warm-up and a review of the environment, waves, currents, etc. You will then follow the instructions of your instructor and go out to sea with him.
The program can be tailored to your skill level! These 2 hours with your instructor will allow you to progress quickly thanks to personalized monitoring! You will return to dry land at the end of this course to debrief with your teacher on this moment of gliding.
Good to know:
- Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled class time.
- Bring a towel and water!
- You will be informed of the meeting place a few days before the activity.
- A smile and an attitude await you, as do sunscreen and a bottle of water.
- Your guide will pick you up from your home for a maximum of 4 people or meet you in La Salie for a maximum of 8 people.
