Located in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department, known internationally for its many unmissable surfing spots, we suggest you carry out your 1h30 discovery session in Anglet, on the >Marinella beach. You will be welcomed to the surf club by your instructor, who has a state diploma, he will be happy to explain how the session will take place. The session will begin with a briefing, where you will be taught the safety rules, then the correct movements and gestures so that you can make the most of your surfing session.
You will receive your board at the start of the activity, adapted to your level to maximize your chances of surfing, your instructor will be there to advise you and introduce you to this sport throughout the activity. You will share your discovery lesson with other people who, like you, want to experience this sensation of gliding at sea and this freedom specific to surfing. You will have the opportunity to interact with members of the group, made up of a maximum of 8 people, to help each other and laugh, thus creating a friendly atmosphere.
You will have the opportunity to relax after your session, in a small corner of the surf school, where you will have deckchairs and something to eat at your disposal.
Good to know:
- If your child is between 6 or 11 years old, they will have a full wetsuit to stay warm and enjoy the session with a Body-Surf.
- Remember to bring something to hydrate yourself and protect yourself from the sun.
- Come 30 minutes early to start your activity on time.

We are based on Marinella Beach, in Anglet. This beach is located a few meters from the city center and is supervised in summer. This beach is considered the most cosmopolitan in Anglet and welcomes a very varied public.
When you arrive at the beach mentioned above, you will be greeted by our professional team. She will then direct you to your instructor and you will meet the rest of the participants. Following this, you will collect your equipment and benefit from a short briefing on the course and the behavior to adopt in the water.
The content of the course will of course depend on your level but if you are a beginner, here is an overview of what you will learn: equip yourself, maintain balance, straighten up at once, adopt the right posture and behavior ...
When the session comes to an end, you will return to the sand with your instructor, debrief on what you have just learned and prepare the topics you want to cover for the next session!
