This lesson has a duration of approximately 2.5 hours. You will start on the beach with your instructor who will begin the lesson with a brief explanation of all the safety procedures, and after that you will go ahead and warm up in order to get into the water. Once you are ready, you will have the chance to surf your first waves. You will love it.

You don't need to worry about equipment since we have plenty of it for you to enjoy and focus on your training.

If you don't have experience with surfing and want to gain confidence in the water, we recommend this course. We will be surfing at Widemouth Bay, Bude, known for  its beautiful beaches. During your first lesson, you will go through all the basics of surfing. In the second lesson, you will continue to make progress in the water. Each lesson lasts about 2-2.5 hours and they will run over two days. Our instructors are highly trained and experienced when it comes to getting people surfing in a enjoyable way.

Equipment is included in every lesson, you only need to bring a towel, sunscreen and a swimming suit.
