Welcome to Body Boarding for Beginners in Newquay! You will have 2 up to 3 hours to learn about the basics of body boarding, and eventually, learn how to do it alone at the end of the day.
When the waves are at their peak in town, we will take you from our center to the nicest beach there is (Newquay Bay, Fistral Beach, or even Watergate Bay). You can take advantage of our amenities at the beginning and end of the class because everything is close by and accessible by foot! The advantage of doing it this way is that it allows us to take you to the ideal waves for learning!
Our qualified instructors will provide you with a safety briefing and all specialized equipment included in this offer. You'll also need to bring swimwear, some water trainers, a towel, and warm clothing (for changing afterward).
To participate in this activity, you don't need to be in shape but be physically and mentally fit to feel at ease in this type of external atmosphere. It is also recommended to arrive at least 10 minutes early to avoid delays.
