Your brain is at the peak of adrenaline secretion, you are confused, but you are going to do it and without realizing it your instructor and you are flying in free fall.

During the next minute of free fall the sensations are indescribable, no matter how hard we try to tell you about it, we will not be able to convey it to you, you have to come and feel it. You reach approximately 1,500 m altitude and the parachute opens.
