This course will introduce you to the first level of the parachute course , making a jump without hooking the monitor. Next to you, two other instructors will jump, to control your jump and guarantee security.

The weekend has been lousy. On Saturday we were there at 9 in the morning, time agreed by Skydive, we did the check in and they told us to wait.
At 11 in the morning no one had claimed us to start the class and we had to be, who returned to ask.
After a while, an instructor arrived to look for us, previously, that he would give the class between jump and jump because he had to be to everything. After giving 20 minutes of class he had to jump and at 13.30 he had not returned, so we proceeded to claim and say that we did not want to continue with this.
Then a responsible to talk to us came, he apologized, assumed the mistake, looked for a solution that squares us all and told us that he would compensate us in some way. He told us to eat quietly and then put a person exclusively to be able to give the theoretical class without interruptions. With all this they gave us 15h in the afternoon, I point out that we had been there from 9 am in the morning.
From there it was everything as planned. With the instructor everything was great, kind and very professional. In the end, when the class ended and we could leave it was 7.30 p.m. On Sunday they quote us again at 9 am, they tell us that better 5 minutitos before, for what? And indeed there we were before 9h.
They attended us immediately, they gave us the necessary material for the jump and they tell us that we have to wait for a flight to be assigned. On flight number 5 they had not yet called us. At 11.15h they had to enter Stand by for a strong wind.
At 1:30 p.m. they resumed again and we were not assigned on flight number 6. Then, we were who once again, we asked the instructor again, in this case, if we were going to jump and told us no, that the students and beginners were no longer going to jump today. That we went to the office to arrange another day.
In short, absolutely no one, throughout the weekend, has paid us neither, nor have we been informed of anything, nor has we been taken into account. We had to continually ask what was happening. We have not received the service we have paid for, the customer service that Skydive has offered us has been lous for not saying void.
In the announcement of the activity we bought they announced two jumps, the first in Tandem and the second without hooking and accompanied by two instructors. However, they told us that I would only jump once, that it would do directly the second Jump.
The idea was to start in the world of paratrooper and continue studying and progressing, but we have been removed from us.
To finish off, the responsible person who spoke with us on Saturday and apologized and talked about compensation (we do not know which one) did not lead us again at any time, even having crossed with him several times at the facilities, both Saturday and Sunday.
I understand that security prevails and that we could not jump through the weather conditions. But we had been there from 9h in the morning and 5 planes had left before stand by. If they had attended us when we arrived, we would surely have jumped on Sunday.
We live in Madrid, it is a gasoline expense to go there, in addition to having time. We have paid a hotel night to be able to "enjoy" a weekend that, predictably, was going to be great. But experience has been the opposite, we have lost the desire and illusion but, above all, the confidence in Skydive.
We will go again to enjoy what we have paid, but, honestly, the only thing we feel like is to receive the return of the activity and not return.
