This training includes a theoretical section of about 90 minutes in which you will learn the different parts that make up your equipment and its operation, the basic safety guidelines when performing dives both in the pool and in confined waters and the most common exercises to gain confidence with this aquatic activity.

Once the theory has been mastered, we move on to the dip, with 1 hour and a half of dives in confined waters in the pool in our facilities. This will be the moment when we put into practice everything we previously learned.

And like any good diver, we will equip you with the standard equipment which includes the oxygen bottle and regulator, the neoprene suit, the flotation vest, the fins, the gloves, the boots, the booties. , etc...

Once you have passed this initiation baptism, you have the option to continue expanding your training through more advanced courses. To the point of becoming an autonomous diver and being able to explore the underwater depths of the part of the world that you decide.
