Try SUP Fitness, a new activity that will get you in shape while having fun and enjoying a wonderful environment such as Tarragona, where we hold the sessions. br />
Each session lasts 60 minutes, during which time we will practice yoga, hypopressive exercises, pilates... and all of this on a paddle surf board in the middle of the Mediterranean.
It is a very original and cutting-edge way of practicing sports in the water, exercising the muscles with the material that we will provide you with in each class.
Furthermore, so that whatever time of year it is and you never have to stop practicing what will be your favorite sport, we put at your disposal a heated pool so you can continue practicing.
To be able to access our indoor SUP Fitness classes, there must be a group of at least 3 people.
