We will wait for you at our facilities where one of our instructors will provide you with all the necessary equipment to practice SUP at your own pace. If you have never practiced this sport before, you can ask us for advice or even if you want to know a little more about our coast, we can show you a route to discover unique corners.
Without a doubt, it is a perfect adventure sport for all ages, as long as you know how to swim perfectly, since it does not require great skills to practice it. You just need a swimsuit and a desire to spend a day of fun in the Mediterranean Sea.
For 1 hour you will be paddling and having fun in a healthy and natural way while practicing stand up paddle. Don't be the only one who isn't going to do it this summer, you will discover paddle surfing as your best way to exercise.
