We welcome people who have taken a beginners' course beforehand. You don't need to be an expert. However, we highly recommend having previous experience. We will start your session with a quick safety briefing and warm-up. Our ISASURF/BSUPA instructors will go over important techniques to help you improve your abilities.
Our team will provide all the equipment. You only need to come with comfortable clothing suitable for the activity such as a swimsuit, shorts or a t-shirt. For 1.5 hours, you'll be exploring the River Stour in Dedham, enjoying a calm and relaxing environment.
Our sessions are suitable for people of six people. The minimum age to participate is 13 years old. We run our sessions over the weekends. However, you can contact us to find a more specific date for you! It will be an absolute blast.
