A friendly and professional instructor will supervise and guide your session. You'll start with a quick safety briefing and warm-up session. We supply all the equipment, you only need to bring trainers, comfortable clothing for the session and spare clothing.

Your session is three hours long. The minimum age to participate is eight years old! Everyone under 16 gets a discounted price!
