Do you think how fun it can be to combine two sports into one? The theme is about combining a paddle surfing experience with a yoga class in the impressive waters of the Mediterranean. Playing with balance has never been so fun until this fusion is capturing all the attention of the most daring!

The class will have a total duration of about 60 minutes. It will be an hour and a quarter in which the waste of energy will be real. Before you can get on our boards to test your skills practicing yoga and toning your body, you will receive a series of explanations which will make the development of this class much better.

This is an activity that will not require prior experience, our instructors will be in charge of studying and knowing your level and adapting this SUP yoga class to your interests and conditions. You will start by learning, if you have never practiced yoga before, some basic notions, or perfecting your technique if you have done it before.

In addition to practicing this sport, you can take a dip and even sunbathe. You can do whatever you want, as long as the instructor gives you permission, because even though this area is calm, the sea could get rough at any time.
