Sup also known as Stand Up Puddle, is a sport in which the person practicing it stands on a board and uses an oar to change direction. The board is similar to the surfboard but larger in size to ensure more stability, while the oar used is also called a 'paddle'.
During the tour you can admire the rugged coastline that extends from Bocca di Magra to the Golfo dei Poeti. Thanks to the calm sea and its crystal clear waters, this area is the perfect paradise for practicing Sup, especially if your goal is deserted beaches and coves.
Before starting the activity, our team of instructors will provide you with the theoretical basis necessary to practice this sport, plus they will provide you with information regarding the safety rules that you will have to adopt during your experience.
In order to participate in the Stand Up Puddle tour you must know how to swim and have a certificate of good health to be delivered before the activity.
