Paddle surfing is a sport suitable for practicing with family or friends, and above all on flat water that is not subject to violent wave movements, allowing you to experience the surrounding landscape with peace and tranquility.
The Sup is also used to carry out yoga or meditation exercises, immersed in a very suggestive setting. During our lessons, which last an hour and a half, led by one of our instructors, you will be able to learn strategies to maintain balance and you will also be able to meet other people who share your passion for the sea.
