Our Advanced Moving Water SUP course takes place at Princes Pier, near the launch slip, near to RibRide and Dylans.
This course is the highest skill course we offer, and it will allow you to sharpen your technique. It is indicated for intermediate paddlers with experience in different locations and conditions or those who have previously joined our progression program courses.
We require a minimum of 2 people for this course to take place. If not, you will be joining an open mixed group. You need extensive SUP skills to join this course as it is a very technical lesson.
If you wish to understand the dynamics of the sea, this is the perfect course for you. This course aims to gather all the necessary skills for playing, journeying, and traveling to remote areas while being safe and mindful. You’ll learn how to adapt to the different challenging conditions of the ocean.
In this course, our skilled instructors will teach you how to catch waves or deal with currents and strong flow, among other things. A personal action plan will be provided to you at the end of the lesson so you can keep on improving your technique.
High-quality equipment will be provided to you if needed, although you are welcome to bring your equipment as long as it’s safe and suitable.
Bring a wetsuit, wetsuit boots, a helmet, lunch, a change of clothes, a dry bag, and water (no single-use bottles).
