Paddleboarding is an inclusive sport, and people of all ages and backgrounds are welcome to come experience SUP.
Our beginner sessions take place in Menai Strait because of its calm bays and lagoons, making it safer for you to learn as a first-timer. You will see our diverse marine and birdlife.
All necessary equipment will be provided except for footwear and swimwear. Our experienced team will teach you all you need to know to be able to kneel, stand on your board, and paddle.
We will also give you some hot chocolate and biscuits at the end of the lesson!
Please make sure you bring a change of clothes and shoes, sunscreen, swimwear, a sun hat, sunglasses on a leash, water (please, don’t use plastic, we are a plastic-free business), water sports shoes, and a fleece jacket in case it gets cold.
