This course is for beginners who want to give a shot at paddleboarding for the first time. That’s why our course will take place in Menai Strait’s calm bays and lagoons, to make sure everything runs smoothly.

SUP gives you a unique way to enjoy the stunning scenery that Northern Wales has to offer. Menai Strait separates the Island of Anglesey from the mainland of Wales. Menai comes from the Welsh word “main-aw” which means “narrow water” referring to one of its main features.

People of all ages and backgrounds are welcome to join this adventure. Make long-lasting memories with your family and friends. This session is suitable for up to 8 people. If your group is smaller, you’ll be mixed with other groups.

Our team of experts will teach you the basics from kneeling to standing and how to paddle efficiently.

All equipment provided except for footwear and swimwear, we will also give you some hot drinks and biscuits at the end of the lesson!

Please make sure you bring a change of clothes and shoes, sunscreen, swimwear, a sun hat, sunglasses on a leash, water (please, don’t use plastic, we are a plastic-free business), water sports shoes, and a fleece jacket in case it gets cold.
