Give yourself a day of relaxation and connection with nature with this SUP yoga class in Arguineguín. Have you never tried this type of yoga? Well, don't wait any longer to practice this variant on a paddle surf board while floating in calm waters.

Learn to maintain balance, control your breathing and connect with yourself during 90 minutes of group class. With the aim of providing much more individualized attention, we form small groups of a maximum of 4 people. The SUP yoga instructor who will teach the class is certified and has various yoga, SUP and first aid qualifications.

We will be waiting for you at Marañuelas Beach, in whose waters the lesson will take place. If it cannot be carried out on this beach due to the weather, we will notify you to move the activity to Playa del Pajar. Once at the meeting point, a short briefing on paddle surfing will take place so that we can paddle easily to the sea area where we will have the event.

We recommend that you bring a towel, water and a swimsuit (or, if you are more comfortable, a legging and a fiber t-shirt). It is important that the sun cream is not applied just before class, but in advance so that it can be absorbed. This way, it will be much more difficult to slip on the board.

Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 to 10:30.
Wednesday at sunset from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Weekends from 10:00 to 11:30.
