It is a 2-hour class that will be based on a previous warm-up, to avoid injuries and to be prepared to jump into the sea, a theoretical class > in which you will receive tips, tricks and how to perform the main movements to control the board. Finally, comes the practical part, you alone with your board surfing the waves and riding the crest of the wave.
It is an activity recommended for over 16 years, which includes all the necessary material, from the board to the neoprene suit. Come with enthusiasm and you will see how in a short time you will be at the top of the wave.
