As we have just told you, the training will take place in Platja de Grau, an environment with perfect characteristics to take your first steps in the world of SUP, during one hourapproximately.

It will not be complex for you, since the class will be taught by one of our monitors, who fully know this sport and the conditions of the Pals beach where we will carry out the training. It will be private, so the teacher will pay attention to each of your movements so that you learn correctly.

Pay attention during the theoretical part, which will be brief, yes, but necessary so that, when putting it into practice, you can maintain balance on the table paddle surf.

We will provide you with the materials and, once ready, let's sail along the Costa Brava!
