The SUP yoga sessions are held on Thursdays and Saturdays. You just have to go to our headquarters in Es Pujols at the agreed time and start following our instructor. We will provide you with all the equipment you will need, so you will only have to come prepared with what you personally may need.
We will start the class with a brief route skirting part of the Formentera island for about 45 minutes. It will be a good warm-up in which it will also help you discover the immensity of the most beautiful Mediterranean of the Balearic archipelago.
Returning to our "little piece" of the coast we will get to work with the best yoga exercises but with the particularity that we will do it on a SUP board, with which we will work on more balance techniques and of course, relationship techniques. Don't forget that you will be in the middle of the sea!
