This SUP Yoga session will last 1 hour and 30 minutes, starting first with a small course in which we introduce you to Stand up Paddle Surf.
When we finish the class, we will do a relaxation session while we are lying on the boards, with relaxing music and of course the sound of the sea that will surround us.
