If you are looking to improve your paddleboarding techniques or want to achieve a British Stand Up Paddle Association Level 1 qualification, an improver´s course at the Adventure SUP Academy is for you.

Site assessments and Safety
Tides and weather
Equipment introduction
Pre paddle set up and checks
SUP body positions and balance, 4 Positions
SUP paddle techniques, 4 Paddle Techniques
SUP turns, 4 turns

Get the activity with Open Date. You'll have 90 days to activate the date.
