On flat water, we'll instruct you how to handle and paddle your board, with the idea of advancing to riding waves. It's an excellent way to develop your balance and board riding skills while getting a great workout!
Our highly competent, professional, and engaging group of instructors will care for you at every phase of the 1.5-hour session. A safety briefing will be provided before the activity, as well as the necessary equipment.
Showers and changing facilities are offered at HQ. Moreover, beach and ocean safety, warm-up and practice, SUP and coaching, and lesson review are all included in this package.
The minimum age required is eight years old. Under 12s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
